Let me show you this new tool I have made. Its purpose is to help you analyze your G25 coordinates, or any other numerical dataset you might want to analyze. You can use it to analyze fst tables, f2 tables, G25 datasets, Eurogenes k13 datasets, any numerical dataset really. 

  First step is to upload the jupyter file to your google drive. 

  Second step is to open the notebook file. It will open automatically in google colab. 

 The notebook file does 3 things. First thing it does is build a 2D PCA on the basis of the data you upload. To start the upload process, click on the top left run button. 

 The second thing my notebook does is build phylogenetic trees on the basis of PCA analysis of your dataset. You can set custom size for the tree, as well as custom number of components you want to use for clustering. You run this step the same way you run the previous step, by clicking on the upload button. 

The third thing my notebook does is build a euclidean and manhattan distances matrix on the basis of the data you upload.
